Pukot started as a backyard idea — friends cooking the food they wanted to eat, in a corner of El Dorado that needed a proper hangout. The pasta is hand-rolled when we have the time, the steaks are seasoned the night before, and the cocktails are built with the same care.

We're small on purpose. It means the chef knows the regulars, the patio feels like a porch, and the playlist takes requests.
